How we handle your RFQ details and drawings
What the quote form collects, where it goes, who sees it, and how to have it deleted. This page describes how the site works today.

Who is responsible for your data
Saola Manufacturing is a brand of Aximora Global Trading Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the data described on this page. For any question about it, or to have it deleted, email rfq@saolamfg.com or message us on WhatsApp +84 86 501 7914.
What the quote form collects
- Required: your name, email address and company.
- Optional: phone number, annual volume, the process you select and its scope, your description of the part, your current supplier country and the HTS code.
- Your files: the drawings you upload, in STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, DWG, DXF, PDF, ZIP, PNG or JPG format, up to 25 MB per file.
- A request record: the date and time we received your request, the file names and sizes, and the reference number shown to you after you send the form.
The optional fields help us price the part at your volume and answer the tariff and country-of-origin question for your part. Leave any of them blank if you prefer.
Where your files and details go
- Cloud storage. When you press send, every file you upload and every form field is stored in our cloud object storage, run by our hosting provider.
- A notification email to our team. We then email a notification with your details to our team’s mailboxes, which run on a third-party email provider. When your files total 10 MB or less, the drawings are attached to that email. Larger uploads are sent as private download links that go only to our team. The email lists your address as the reply-to, so our answer comes straight to you.
- Copies in those mailboxes. Because of that email, copies of your details, and of your drawings when they are attached, also sit in our team’s mailboxes.
- Email you send us. Mail you send to rfq@saolamfg.com is forwarded to the same team mailboxes.
What we use it for
We use your details and drawings only to review your part, prepare your quote, and reply to you about that request.

How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted
We keep your request and files until you ask us to delete them, or as set out in your NDA with us. Nothing on the site deletes them automatically.
To have them deleted, email rfq@saolamfg.com from the address you used on the form, and include your company name and the reference number if you have it. We delete the stored files and request record, and the notification emails in our team’s mailboxes, and confirm by reply.
Plant-news notifications
The footer offers optional notifications about plant news and new capabilities. If you turn them on, your browser gives us a push address at your browser’s push service, and we store only that address so we can send the notifications to that device. We do not store your name or email with it, and it is not linked to any quote request.
To stop them, press the same button again (it reads “Updates on — turn off”), or block notifications for saolamfg.com in your browser settings.
Browsing this site
We count page visits with a cookie-free analytics script served from this domain. It records the page viewed, the referring site, browser and device type, screen size, language and approximate country. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, is not used for advertising, and makes no session recordings. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google the page viewed, the referring site, device and browser details and your IP address (Google uses it to estimate your location). We do not use it for advertising. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser’s cookie settings. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages. The pages load their typefaces from a third-party font service, which also receives your IP address when a page loads.
If the way this site handles data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
